Community Development Network Trust

Community Development Network Trust (CDN) works with young people aged 11-17 years and their families. CDN is based mainly in Riccarton, Sockburn and Hornby but also has city-wide activities. We provide a mix of camps and personal support for about 1200 young people and families each year. Many people we work with come from disadvantaged or difficult situations.
